Body work & surfacing is the stage where we perfect all the body work prior to going into the paint stage. We do a final fit up of all the body panels to ensure the panels open and shut nicely & gaps are good, body lines all line up and overall fitment is correct. We use specialised blocking tools to ensure every panel is smooth, straight and ripple free prior to the paint stage.

We ‘dry fit’ all parts before the paint stage to make sure there will be no problems when it comes to doing final re-assembly. This includes bumper bars, trims & mouldings, grilles, lights, door handles ect. The time spent doing this saves many hours and headaches in the re-assembly stage as it is much harder & time consuming to rectify fitting issues once the car is painted.
